Often times, people think too much of their work, school, etc and does that on a daily basis. But at these times, people think a lot more resulting in the mind being tired and could lead to stress. Why we shouldn’t be stressed you ask? Well if we get stressed our immune system weakens and as a result is more vulnerable to the virus.
